The whole race is blatant fanservice to males, and to cover up for all the other female aliens missing from the games, cause apparently if it isnt pretty to look at or sexually arousing, it doesnt need to appear in the game, at all.

Thanks for this show of gender equality in the ME universe, Bioware. At least the 3rd game takes some steps of fixing this, but even the krogan female is "veiled" like women in middle east.

I think they "veiled" her because the texture it's the same as a male Krogan.

I believe that if they show a female Turian, it would be Solana (Garrus sister)... and if they show her, we will see only her feet.
