All of the mentioned UI's suffer from one thing (on the PC): they should be customizable out of the box. I'm excluding MODs here.
I have played all 3 on the PC...no issue playing any game with the default UI. Once you set up your "favorites" in Skyrim, it's cake. TW2 was very functional. Could they all use improvement? Oh yeah.
Dragon Age U.I. puts Witcher 2 and Skyrim to SHAME!
