Cannot Purchase DLC Or Redeem Promo Code

Ok, so I have been wanting to purchase Mark of the Assassin & Legacy, but when I enter in my credit card information I get an error saying "charges cannot be made to this credit card" and I am unable to complete the purchase.  I have used this card on Amazon.com not two days ago so I know there is nothing wrong on my end.  I contacted EA technical service using the code in the back of the manual and they cannot find anything wrong on their end either but claim they can't access information from the Bioware community.  Basically, I am left unable to purchase DLC.  The EA guy suggested I download a program called "Origin" (which is basically like steam except for EA games) and gave me a promo code to use there that would have given me Legacy for free.  It worked and said I redeemed the code for Legacy, but when I started up the game and selected downloadable content there was nothing there.

Next I used the promo code for Dark Emporium that came with the game I bought and redeemed that code right here on the Bioware social network as per the instructions.  It shows up in my "registered game content", but again ... I start up Dragon Age II and select downloadable content and there is nothing there.

Is anyone else having these problems?  The people at EA said it has to do with Bioware's store and whatever so they were not able to help and any attempts to contact Bioware just effectively links me to EA tech support.  I registered this game and got the latest patch, I have an account for the game and everything.  What is going on?

i heard the at game stop you can pay $10.00 and get the dlc's for any map try going to game stop

Same category, different issue here.
I cannot redeem my DS2 Ser Isaac's Armor Prome code, the site says it cannot recognize the code. The offer only expires in March, 2012, so I don't get why it works (or more precisely, why it doesn't work) this way.

All of the comments are in regard to SITE and store problems, not GAME problems. There are separate forums to discuss the store, the points, and the site, and none of the Bioware personnel from any of those are in here. This is where game players discuss tech stuff with other gamers, just like it says on top.

Erm, that's... true, cannot argue with that.

On the other hand, it doesn't matter where we don't get an answer from. :D

nvm: EA Support just answered my ticket and manually added the item to my account.
