Ultimate Edition stating I have unauthorized content

Hello, I registered the game and created my account but when I try to start a game it tells me I am not authorized for the content and I should exit and log in to my on-line account first. I am logged in and the game shows up imder "my games". Why is all installed content stating "Unauthorized"?
