You shoud probaly show this to either Chris Priestly or one of the BioWare crew members. Maybe they can make a DLC that is only for showing these exclusive enemies!Image IPB Awwww yeah, that has a nice ring to my ears.Image IPB

Good Idea but I dont know if it would happen but hey weirder things have happened I would wait till I have at least 5 creatures done and textured first almost done with the Quarian husk I should still be able to keep the date for monday the quarian husk to be done its taking a bit longer to get done due to an extra amount of detail Im implemeting in for it and getting a unqiue look right .

A quarian husk? That's impossible! We don't even know what the quarian's face looks like without their helmet thingies in the way.

Nice drone. Might I suggest adding profile shots to go with your front/back shots on these models (just to show more details to your viewers).

Thanks again for sharing.

Wow that quarian is pretty neat. The tentacles are a nice touch. It's easy to imagine it stabbing at you with them.

Quarian husk can only be killed using special ability: Biotic Sneeze.

I will see about texturing and this baby uses Triangles instead of polys it has 809,040 triangles

*facepalm* all 3d models are composed of triangles, a poly is simply 2 triangles. Thus this is a 404520 poly model, my guess is that it was either created or modified in zbrush to get that high of resolution.

Edit: just saw that you are using sculptris, same principal applies to it though. The model itself is more or less uselessfor animating as they come out of a program like this since they donot take poly-flow into account and that can lead to some really odd things when animating them. Regardless, the models are quite well done.

Lol Unschuld and Thank you for the compliment CBKeffer about the models and yes I do know all models use triangles just wanted to be specific what was being used in the program.

Impressive, although why does the quarian husk has tentacles like Dr. Octopus?

Wanted to give a feel that the Quarian husks body alone cant do much so the tentacles are what it relies on to fight

Quarian looks good. Does sculptris have brushes similar to Trim Dynamic and Flatten from Zbrush? Many of the pieces look like they're too smooth. The husks we've seen so far from ME3 have both organic and hard surface portions. Those two would be the brushes to use for zbrush, but I'm not sure how similar sculptris is to it, especially considering that they weren't the ones who initially made it.
Just a little suggestion for you.

Good luck man! :)

Quarian is your best yet, the Salarian looked a little too bland.

I'm really loving the head area on the Quarian. Great work on that.

I'm not sure about the doc-ock arms. I could picture them making for a unique enemy (maybe they shoot you at range, but use the arms up close? could be lots of fun.), but they seem a little too random. I don't know why a quarian would have those.

Thank you PoliteAssasin and Moneycashgeaorge for the compliments
Sculptris is very much like z-brush and it does have the smooth tool but the hard surface brush lacks but thats what textures are for :D lol. Moneycashgeorge I wasnt sure what the tentacles woud be in the end maybe they would form a hexagonal forcefiled or act as impalying tendrils I left that one up to interpertation but I had an a idea concept originally where it would form a hexagonal shield like mass effect 1 Hex Shields the Geth would use.

Figures I guess. :P Zbrush hard surface sculpting is better in 4, but it's still not the greatest. Hopefully they improve the tools for sculptris. ;)

Though, to be fair, that second face looks more human than batarian.

It probably is a human.

I thought I read something awhile aback about a new type of husk creature that was a made from combing a Turian with a Krogan. The Turians and Krogan of course, are bitter enemies. If that is some form of twisted psychological warfare on the part of the Reapers, it would make sense for them to also combine humans & Batarians.

You're talking about the Brutes! ;)

Could I create a drawing and then use this to make a 3D model out of my drawing?
