:oI'm hoping somebody here can help me. I'm on a Mac and tried to install MoW, but when I try to play I get a messsage "unable to authenticate this module." I'm not sure what's wrong but I think I'm missing 2 pieces - westgate.key and westgate.ini. I'm getting a message that a couple of the exe files are incomplete and those might be what I'm missing. Can somebody give those files to me?

Ranger Solo to the rescue once again! Thanks so much for trying to help.
I think a friend of mine might have figured out the problem though - he said he thinks I have to buy the pc version of NWN2 in order to install MOW on my mac. Is that the case? If I had known that I would never have bought MOW. I paid a lot of money for the mac version of NWN2 and never even consided buying the pc version!

No you don't have to buy the PC version of NWN2. I have it running it on my Mac.
Here is the whole detail of how to do this. My guess is that you may have used the wrong file because there several to chose from depending on what install you have.

MoW Manual Installation Instructions
These are instructions for users who have legitimately bought NWN2: Mysteries of Westgate, but are unable to install it due to problems with their computer or OS setup. This manual installation must be done using the files distributed with this document. Follow the next steps to mimic what the installer does by copying the necessary files to the proper locations on your computer.
1. Copy the AdventurePacks folder into your NWN2 installation folder. Assuming the default NWN2 installation path, it should now look like:
“C:\\Program Files\\Atari\\Neverwinter Nights 2\\AdventurePacks” (For the Mac. It will be the hard drive you installed the game to.)
Note: The NWN2_MoW_Readme.rtf is located here.
1. Copy the Westgate_Campaign folder into your MyDocs NWN2 Campaign folder. Assuming the default installation path, it should now look like:
“C:\\Documents and Settings\\<USERNAME>\\My Documents\\Neverwinter Nights 2\\Campaigns\\Westgate_Campaign” (For the Mac, copy the Westgate_Campaign folder to the NWN2 Campaigns folder. "Documents/Aspyr/Neverwinter Nights 2/Campaigns")
1. Identify what installation you are using:
a. NWN2-only
b. NWN2 + MotB
c. NWN2 + SoZ (NWN2 + MotB + SoZ is equivalent)
Go to the 2da Installation Type folder and copy the nine 2da files from the correct subfolder for your installation type. Paste these 9 files into the 2da subfolder in the Westgate_Campaign folder. Assuming the default installation path, this should be at:
“C:\\Documents and Settings\\<USERNAME>\\My Documents\\Neverwinter Nights 2\\Campaigns\\Westgate_Campaign\\2da”
1. Copy the 4 mod files from the Modules folder into your MyDocs NWN2 module folder. Assuming the default installation path, this should be at:
“C:\\Documents and Settings\\<USERNAME>\\My Documents\\Neverwinter Nights 2\\modules”
1. Copy the 21bmu files from the Music folder into your MyDocs NWN2 music folder. Assuming the default installation path, this should be at:

1. Copy the westgate.tlk file from the TLK folder into the root of your NWN2 installation folder. Assuming the default NWN2 installation path, this should be at:

Thank you so much for the help! I'm so glad I don't have to buy the pc version.
I'll try to install mow again. Hey, it took me 4 installations to get Motb working lol. Thank god for the time machine!
