I bought the Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate edition and installed all of the DLC; however, the Return to Ostagar DLC does not install. I've seen several threads about this, and have followed all of the previously suggested advice to no avail.

I have an NTSC PS3 and a European DA:O. All the other DLC works fine. I have sent several emails and had multiple live chats with EA customer support, and they can't solve the issue. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled all of the game files--twice. I've tried inputting codes I was given by the customer service reps both in-game and in the Playstation Store. All of them are returned as invalid. The Return to Ostagar DLC does appear in my registered game content on this site, but does not appear in-game.

My PSN ID and EA accounts are linked correctly, since my trophies and characters appear on this site. Is there any way to log out of the Dragon Age/EA servers from the main menu of the game to check that I'm logged on correctly there? I assume I am, but don't know how to check. I have no idea what else to do, and EA apparently can't fix it. Please help! Thank you.

Well, not sure how we can help you.

Is RtO enabled? It does not show up in game as Ostagar. It's some dude's Land.

Euro UEs have a problem. See the sticky. Otherwise, I repeat what I said above. Is it enabled? You won't see it as Ostagar, you'll see it as some dude's land.
