I have 80 Bioware points points in Dragon Age,I would like to buy All Items pack #2 for Dragon age 2. When I check my account it shows that I have no Bioware points. I know I have to add points to purchase but where did my 80 points go? Why are they not in my account? Any help would be appreciated.
