OXM and a few other sites stated that one of the co-op maps is based in Noveria, so I'm pretty sure there will be some sort of return to the place in the single-player.

I think there's a multiplayer map that takes place on Noveria. As for singleplayer...maybe.

The ME Wiki has Noveria listed under their "Locations" list in the ME3 article. Regardless, we know Noveria is the one of the locations featured in multiplayer. Since multiplayer maps are supposed to open up as you advance through the campaign, it isn't unrealistic to assume that Noveria can actually be revisited this time around.

I like Noveria was one of my favourite mission's in ME1, it would be great to return there, Also it would be great to also return to Virmire, Feros and Ilos

I never got the deal with Noveria

For me, it's a big white box with stairs and snow outside. No art design whatsover... this was a problem with with ME1 in general, a lot of places were shallow.
