iv had a look at the magic tables ect and seen you can change into a bear, spider and "swarm" what ever that is.

i have also seen a scene were the PC engages an old women who shape shifts into a dragon, what i want to know is will this ability be a avalible to the PC?

I would say no, I am pretty sure the dragon shifting ability is limited only to the old woman you are referring to.
