I'm guessing today (the 31st) is the last day for new deals and that maybe tomorrow (the 1st) they'll have a recap of some of the daily deals? Thats how most sales have gone in the past, but its possible they might have all new daily deals tomorrow too.

Oh, I hadn't realized LA Noire was out on PC yet. How is the gameplay for PC?

And still no Deus Ex HR?? That's a shame. I'd buy it if it came down in price.

I haven't played LA Noire on PC, but I've heard its not the best PC port- stuff like it being locked to 30 frames per second and that sort of ho-hum type stuff that doesn't take advantage of the PC.


And just check back on Steam tomorrow (the 1st) or whenever the last day of the sale is since I bet they'll have all the best selling daily deals back again, so Deus Ex should be up if they do that. Or maybe check Amazon too since they sporadically knock the prices on games down.

I'm hearing horror storys of LA Noire PC version.
For me I gave up on it during the homicide deks when it was raining. The game refuses to be playable during rain and I was done.

And due to problems with PayPal I don't have any cash for my Steam purchases! Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh. Today I wanted to buy Trine, Magicka and Bit-Trip Beat... yanno... for the achievements. But hey! Trine and Magicka have been on my wishlist for a while now.

And people, buy Hitman Blood Money. Iz great.

Indeed I have the retail of Blood Money. Came in the Hitman collection I bought a few years ago. Worth every penny. I'm actually thinking of another playthrough soon.

YYou could try one of those pre-paid Visa cards. They do charge a fee and you have to make sure you get one that can be used on-line,,,so it depends on how bad you want to grab the Games.

During the sale I bought Back to the Future adventure game, Sam & Max games (all seasons / eps) aaand... I think that's it.... was in an adventure game mood, haven't played them yet except for Back to the Future which I think I played for an hour about (so far loving it... but with Swtor it's hard to find free time for it).

... Oh... and X3: Albion, the prelude for the new upcoming X-series space sim game.. haven't installed yet though.. but was around $3 so I couldn't resist.

All said and done I spent only $20 or $30 on the Steam winter sales stuff... the previous winter steam sale I spent well over $100, heh.
