And now GTA V can be bought without the ridiculous bundle...at $59.99 USD (or the original price of your region) of course. It was Rockstar's intention all along, wasn't it? They wanna participate in the "Great Steam SUMMER SALE!" but will not budge from that sweet 60 bucks no matter what. Shameless.

 

And FYI, certain games have had their base prices jacked up from before the sale and then appear to have a larger discount than what it actually is. Including (but not limited to) Wolfenstein The New Order (Bethesda) and AssCreed Black Flag (Ubisoft). WTF

The more people that play and defeat the monsters unlock sales. You can also unlock discounts for yourself by playing it. And of course you get trading cards.

Apparently there's a problem with my wifi connection causing the download to pause itself repeatedly and schedule it for 5 minutes later.

That's pretty annoying.

Using an ethernet cable seems to resolve.

I wonder if it's because I accidentally bent the wifi stick one time...

That is quite the list of games. Just another reason to save money. Fortunately for me I no longer look at the discount but the sale price.

Steam itself seems to be having some bugs with the prices being displayed too.

 

If I do a search for Counter-Strike it shows them at the increased price in the search results page. However, the actual product page shows them at their normal prices.
