Hey guys, I played ME2 about 4 months ago. I had to reinstall Steam a couple of weeks ago due to an error. I reinstalled ME2 as well, so I have to obviously re-download the DLC. Thing is, ME2 and the DLC were whiped off of my Bioware account.... Okay, well, I'll just enter the codes again. I did that for the main game, it worked. DLC, however, is obviously a one-time use code.

So I currently have no (legal) way to download the Cerberus DLC, without buying it again. I tried searching around for an answer to this; the best I could find is you need support to fix things up. I read that this was possibly something to do with the Bioware forums being hacked? Honestly, no clue. I just really hope I can get to be able to download it again. Thanks.

The old Bioware forums being hacked has nothing to do with ME2, it only affected ME1, and older games.
Only EA support can help out with accounting issues.

I'm on this same issue as well. I recently had to reformat my computer and I noticed none of the DLC is plugged into my Bioware Social account anymore. Confirmed that only EA Support can restore this functionality?

EA handles all official support for ME1 and ME2, and these forums are just user to user based support.
If you can find it, use the "Live Chat" facility on EA's support page, as you should get a quicker response. Unfortunately they have changed their site structure recently, and the link I had to it was no longer relevant.
