Bioware used to have an nwn.bioware.com site where they said they'd save keys. (Partially because a printing error caused the keys to not be printed in the manual on SoU, but on some little card.)

They're gone. The Legacy site was hacked and they took it down.
If you still have the game installed, you can retrieve your keys from the .ini file in your install directory.
