If they do holiday-oriented DLC, I hope it's something story driven and not just a series of items. Holidays are something that's been rather minimal so far in the Dragon Age series.

With Mark of the Assassin they seemingly tried to coordinate that release with the webseries. So you've got Gaider's DA book coming out in December I think, followed by the comic coming out in February and the anime coming out in February. I'd guess they'd only put out an item pack or something in December with any other actual DLC not coming until January or February to come out alongside the comic/anime.

But I would like for it to be a story DLC instead...
Or even the final Item Pack... Because I expect a third... call it intuition.

Hawke has a bathroom. It's right there next to the bed where Hawke makes sexytime with the potential love interests.MKDAWUSS wrote...
Hawke's companions decide to pony up some cash and get a bathroom built in the Hawke estate.
I hear it's a powerful aphrodisiac, that.
No, not with TOR in December and ME3 in March.scyphozoa wrote...

I heard they're coming out with a new story DLC where Hawke investigates a rash of disappearances in the Alienage. The quest leads Hawke to the town of Wildervale, where a grossly obese old man named Santaklaas has enslaved the elves to toil in his 'workshop' and craft toys for the children of Kirkwall. Hawke learns that Santaklaas has become possessed by a hunger demon and has hatched an evil plan to steal all cookies in Kirkwall on the eve of Satinalia.
Right...

I... Had not seen these before........ I hadn't... thought that they would change them so much....shadowhawk233 wrote...
Since I found some interesting files in (Legacy): The Shriek Assassins called Howlers were reinstated to the world of Dragon Age 2. Their models are in Legacy, but do not appear in the adventure. I guess bioware will use them for a later DLC.

Now they just look like elves with Darkspawn armor on...

Honestly, I think the artists just kept working on the monster models even after the game shipped (the genlock, genlock alpha, hurlock alpha, bronto, shriek, wyvern, etc.).shadowhawk233 wrote...

To me, it's insane to think they'd do all that just for DLC, so I believe these are models they either planned for DA2 or the expansion or that they want for DA3 (since they said they mostly plan to keep the new darkspawn appearance, they probably won't start over with all-new models again).
Meaning you may never see shrieks in DA2, even if they put out more story DLC. But now they have them for use in later games.

Don't forget the special cameo by Sten to help Hawke "liberate" the Kirkwall Cookies ;x
