It isn't realistic to put female Shepard in the role she is in.

Obvious troll is obvious, but for typing five whole paragraphs in a grammatically correct manner, I believe some sort of a reward is in order.

So here, OP, take my blood-soaked sanitary pad, rub it all over your face, then proceed to jump off the highest building in your immediate area. And, oh, try to land on your head.

This thread was worth it just for this post.

Agreed

I come from a military family. Marines, Coast Guard, Army, all men. I have no problem with women being in combat roles so long as they can do the job and pass their physical requirements. If FemShep and Ash can do what is required of an alliance marine OP, your commentary is nothing but a dinosaur relic of outdated military culture that has no place in the modern world, let alone a future galaxy.

Boring. I've done better trolls than this. You all should be ashamed.

Especially the stupid fangirls citing Joan of Arc.

Honestly, I'm always up for a good troll. but this is just thinly veiled sexism. You could atleast throw ONE reasonable argument in there. this is just
"women can't handle authority positions simply because their bits do not dangle".. There is no argument needed here

Though I'm pleased you didn't mentioned their periods. That would of been like running them over with a megatruck with your subpar reasoning.

And you fangirls always impress me with your pathetic arguments. Really? Joan of Arc? LOL.

Hey dont judge. she was the first one i trought of

1998 CDR Maureen A. Farren became the first woman to command a combatant ship.

1998 Lillian E. Fishburne became the first African-American female to hold the rank of Rear Admiral in the United States Navy.

2001 First female African American combat pilot in the military during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

2006 CDR Lenora C.Langlais, first African American Navy Nurse Corps Officer to receive a Purple Heart in combat, during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

2010 Nora W. Tyson became the first female to command a carrier strike group.[6]

I'll just leave this here for the rest of the rednecks, Also note that the US Navy is far behind the rest of the western world in integrating females in the armed forces.

Cheez brings up a good point right here.

What if femShep was having her annual ladytime or whatever it's called when she met the Rachni Queen and she gets all ****y and fries her and boom, genocide + galaxy is doomed forever.

I didn't think of that... maybe the OP is onto something here.

Hmm, it has just occurred to me that this isn't even Mass Effect 3 related. Where the hell are Stanley Woo or Selene when you need them?

LOL, this is a good example of how these boards are way too easy to troll. I wasn't even trying there, and it was in direct conflict with my previous post. We're all lucky I'm on the side of the care bears, if I ever joined the trolls the BSN would be doomed.

Half a nickel? How can you have 2.5 cents? Or are you literally cutting the coin in half?

My first martial arts teacher was a female.  One half my weight and she could easily kick my ass for years until I got into the upper belt ranks.  Even then, if she ever applied a joint lock on me, I was never getting out of it.

Once saw her break a rock with her bare hands.  She could bring it.Image IPB

BSN suffers from "mommy" syndrome. Everyone here is so use to a mod coming in locking the topic, banning the user and deleting posts, that everyone thinks that their feelings are above approach. Thus we get a bunch of little girls easily trolled, easily offended, and quick to pull out the "U R REPORTED" when things get messy.

Smart move on Bioware's behalf.  Second fastest way to attract a female audience.

The first is FemShep.

Bioware has alll the monies.

Canadian nickels work differently.
