So i've succesfully finished the SoA romance with Vicky without any problems, got my LoveTalk variable to 77 with her. After transitioning into ToB (i play with BGT), i just realized after killing Master Wraith, that Viconia hasn't yet said a word to me. Normally, she should have a dialogue with me about her brother just after the Master Wraith fight.
I read every thread i can find about how to solve this problem afterwards, and the general consensus is you have to edit the ExpLoveTalk local variable on her with SK. Here is the big problem for my game though. I don't have the ExpLoveTalk variable existent on her! It should normally be under Affects tab as a local variable, but all i got is the normal SoA Lovetalk..
Note: My ViconiaRomanceActive variable is working well, set at 2.
Does anyone know what the issue might be?

Use Near Infinity to check all the dialog scripts, there may be some condition or bug there.

Ok i've read it. The file is VICON25J.DLG. It contains 35 states. Can't find any problems, but then again i don't really know what to look for. Maybe i could send you my file and you can do a comparison to yours, see if they match?
Edit: I uploaded screenshots of all the states/triggers and whatnot. The order of the pics is from right to left. Maybe someone can help me find the faulty script.

Is your PC evil? The goal of the ToB Viconia romance is to convert her from evil to neutral, but if the PC shares her evil philosophy, maybe that keeps the romance from starting up again?
You could try being sloppy fighting vamps in Saradush so that she has to restore someone's levels, then don't rest and let her start whining about the need to rest. Maybe that would get around some little bug that is stalling things??
If none of the above helps, you could try listing what Mods,fix/tweak packs you are using. Someone might recall having a problem with Vicky interactions when using a particular Mod.

No, my PC is a Neutral Good Human, so no problems should occur here. I've already completed Saradush and have no previous save of that period. Here are my mods (don't look at the versions, i assure you they are all fully updated)

It shouldn't matter if the PC is evil. I played the Viconia romance to its conclusion with a neutral evil character, albeit a character that had originally been chaotic good and was changed in hell in SOA. Viconia still changed to true neutral and didn't seem to care that I was evil.

From your original post it sounds like you have played the Viconia romance before. If so, you could open your older game and your current one in Shadowkeeper and copy and paste the missing variable that you mentioned over.

Ok i fixed it. Had to reload the last autosave in SoA (the Irenicus battle). Then when i entered ToB and checked Viconia's local variables, i had the ExpLoveTalk available and romance proceeded normally.
