I have a question about save editors.

I'm debating whether to buy mass effect on steam so i can have a save to import to mass effect 3.  I have already played ME2 and ME1 on both PS3 and 360 so i feel that playing them both just to get saves wil be kind of a grind.  I was wondering if i'll be able to import other peoples characters into ME3 or have a sort of save editor so i could just make the choices that way.

I read you can make a save import for xbox using gibbed save editor, but its only for me1. I have no idea how to even put it it on the xbox since i play it on PC.

You can use the save game editor thats linked in my sig to edit your ME1 decisions so they are reflected in your ME2 playthrough. Works on Xbox and 360, as far as I know, there is no editor for PS3.
There will probably be an editor created for ME3 a month or two after it comes out.
