 Hello!
First, thank you for taking the time to look at this. :happy:

I recently (in the past 5 hours) have purchased Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening. I got the downloadable version, and have installed Origin (the application needed in order to download any games I purchase through the EA/Origin store). I've also "prepared" Dragon Age for installation, and there's a button underneath the cover picture of it saying "READY TO INSTALL". Every time I click the button, a window pops up with nothing but a picture of a yellow triangle with a black exclamation point, and a button that says "Ok". Clicking "Ok" does nothing, and I have tried waiting, because when I was trying to install Origin (the app), it gave me an error but I simply had to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes before it ignored the error and continued to the installation, without me having to do anything. 

So. If this makes any sense to you at all, I'd really appreciate some help. I'm getting very frustrated about this. I got this game based on what my friends have told me about it, and was very excited to play it, but it's been four hours since I purchased it and began installations. I am still struggling, and getting no where.

PLEASE HELP! :(

 Oh! I forgot to mention my computer system. It's a Windows 7 Vista, Toshiba. 64bit, I believe. I know for a fact I have the free space to contain the program, so I know that that isn't the problem.

You might want to approach the tech support for Origin directly they'll know more about Origin errors than we do. We mainly deal with game related problems here and it seems your issue is more with the download program.
