There were alot of decisions I made in that DLC but no Renegade points awarded. I tried to do it midway in my playthru because I figured I'd get a nice boost to my non-Med-Bay Shep but nothing was given? A renegade interupt to kill Kenson, not warning the Batarians, even a little renegade ribbing to Hackett and nothing? Is this a glitch?

There aren't many morality points awarded in Arrival, no it's not a glitch. I don't think you got any points at all in Overlord.
