I was walking into this clinic, going to find this guy named Mordin. Kind of where the check in desk is, it like zapped me up and I'm right above it. I can't get down at all. Does anyone know how I can get down?
I am stuck in the ceiling!

This is a known bug and it's currently unresolved(as far as I know). If I know what you're talking about, you just need to reload your past save.

Yep, after a few playthroughs you'll learn which areas to avoid so you don't get stuck. Several areas will cause Shepard to pop right up into the air on top of something, and sometimes you can wiggle him off of there, but many times, you'll just growl in frustration and reload a previous save. It happens.
