As much as I like seeing Tali and Garrus together I kind of wanted her and Reegar. Also I think Traynor and Allers and, Chakwas and Engineer Adams are hinted to be in some type of close relationship. But Joker and EDI take the prize for me. Especially with the green ending.

Let's see, off the top of my head... Garrus and Tali, Gabby and Ken, Joker... and... EDI [ OTL ], Jacob and some random scientist chick, Rebekah and Michael [at least I'm pretty sure; oh well, I ship it XD ] and most likely some others I'm missing. I'll put them down when I remember.
And, if I was sensing things correctly, then Dr. Michelle was coming on to Garris

Just adding my 2 cent's from a Thanemancing perspective, so no offence meant to any Garrus/Tali/Miranda/Jack//Liara/Kaidan/Samara etc mancers.
