Sorry if this has been previously posted but didn't see it anywhere.  Raphael Sbarge (voice of Kaidan Alenko) has recorded a Thanksgiving present for femsheps.

This recording will only be available until noon ET on Sunday, Nov. 27.

Indeed. Some of us VS fans hope Kimberly will do one for Ashley too - she just needs to know we love her character as much as Kaidan. ^^

That was wonderful. Raphael Sbarge is awesome and he did a great job. So much emotion.
It's a pity, it wasn't a part of the original game.

He did it as a favor and at the request of his pleading fans (DevilYoko specifically asked him to record the Horizon email).

We are very grateful Mr. Sbarge is such an awesome guy who goes to such lengths for his fans.

 That was a very nice recording (well acted) and that's coming from someone who's very bitter towards Kaidan 

Sbarge's mispronunciation is easy to understand though, he's self admitted in prior interviews that he isn't a gamer at all, so he's likely only familiar with his own material he has to delivery mostly... and it it would be easy for him to forget the pronunciation of places and planets without a voice director's assistance.

Would have a been a great little touch if they took the time to record this in ME2... heck, they could just transplant this audio file into the game and I' be content with it.

Isn't it? He's been doing audioblogs for his fans here, and talks a lot about the character of Kaidan, as well as his other work.

And Kaidan fans love Ashley too! Most of us have at least one save with her alive, because she is also awesome.

Chylise used the audio recitation as some kind of point against Ashley as if she doesn't do the same thing in an email. Something not in the game is not another reason to leave Ashley to burn.

I just meant even if it's not audio, Kaidan still send it to Shepard in game.

I really didn't want to leave either of them behind.
