The fact that they would even consider an outfit with a "boob window" at all, even in concept drawings, makes me just doubt and question BioWare's direction. It's like they just didn't listen at all to all the people who had issues with the outfits in ME2. Oh sure... they'll have armour options for everybody, but it still looks like stupidity is going to be an option (and often the default one) and that the designers care more for silly things like "Shoot me!" holograms and "boob windows" to reduce a previously strong character to a sexual stereotype. They'd rather just sexify everything up and throw practicality aside if it means more horny teenagers will look away from their Michael Bay movies for a moment and take notice. Another case of style over substance that's stricken the series since ME2: screw logic and sense as long as it's sexy and badass and over-the-top. I'd hoped BioWare had been mature enough to avoid this pitfall, or at the very least put it behind them after the issues were brought up about it in ME2. Seems that's not the case. Hardly surprising when they seem to care about the potential fan and appealing to the mainstream gamer who just considers Mass Effect another game amongst many than they do about the hardcore fan who wants some integrity, consistency and overall maturity in a strong sci-fi universe. Sometimes it seems half the stuff ME1 set up gets casually flushed down the toilet for the sake of marketing and making things seem sexy and badass.
