dlc problems

Hey out there. i am having trouble accessing my DLC. i had to do a factory restore on my computer but backed everything up and then put it all back. when i log onto dragon age origins i have the original email adress and all my achievements show up by my previous character games are gone and my DLC says it is unauthorized. is there anyway to get it back or am i up the creek without a paddle here? thanks for any help i can get!

1) Patch to the new 1.05.
2) link your game to your account here, by entering the email and password ingame to log it in.
3) Make sure your DAUPDATER is running, see sticky for full info.
4) Make sure you don't have a firewall or internet protection program that will interfere with the game connecting to the servers.
5) Report back if this didn't fix your issue, with more info per sticky on how to post.
