It happened to me the first time when I enter the code. But find out that I have misread the code. The "G" and "6" on my code almost look the same. Instead of a "G" I enter the wrong "6". Try to see if that is the issue.

If its used that's probably it. DLC in PS3 Store $15. Or assuming its a used copy go back to the store and pay the $5 difference for a new copy and save $10.

For me the solution was to use a psn account with the same region as the game! Hope that will solve the problem for your guys.

Another question, right topic it seems...

The Cerberus Network page that came in the box says the code expires 1 January 2012, that's today. I've never used it because I never connect my PS3 to the internet and, since I got a PC copy of ME2 anyway, I didn't car that much. So it's lost now? (I mean the code and the Cerberus Network content - Zaeed, Genesis comic etc.)

Just want to make sure of that here, I'd been aware of the expiration date for a very long time now and I've decided to give up on the downloadable free content. (sticking with PC version for ME3)

Bought my game and I receive the error that the code has already been redeemed... Can't seem to get a response from the Support team.

I have the PS3 version, installed and redeemed the Cerberus DLC. Even though it says it expired back in January, I had no problems redeeming the code on psn.

Don't suppose someone could point me in the right direction as to where to look on the case/disk to work out which region mine is, I'll make a US psn i guess and see if that works in the meantime...

I bought this game, when it originally launched for PS3, and my codes worked fine. Today, I tried to register my DLC to my Bioware account (since I completely forgot to, originally) and I CANNOT get it to register. I have spoken to 3 different EA Origin reps. and they all told me they don't have any new codes or ways to add the Mass Effect 2 DLC to my Bioware account.

UGH.... I can't even redeem my oriignal code, b/c it expired. *SIGH*

it doesn't expire as  i've heard, but most people who have problems with registrating dlc and codes are using a wrong psn regional code, for example if u got the game for north america it doesnt work in other regions or something someone on this forum has replied a list with which codes represent the region ur psn must be of.

Oh, that's good to know (that the code doesn't expire). But no, I have a North American PSN account, and N.A copy of the game. Thanks again for the heads up, though.

God damn Reply button is up the top... never saw the above post...

Upon further investigation, the Dragon Age 2 ad inside the box has the NA release date... blatantly implying I have a NA game in the UK..... Bleak...

So do I need to change the region of my PS3 or get a NA code...? No link ^ :( sorry,,,,

Can I delete the rantage,,!?
