Do I have to start a new game to use or revert from the item changes?  I was trying to compare items between my new game that is using this mod and 2 old games that were completed before installation.  In the new game, the items are radically different, but for some reason in the old games they are unchanged, even though I haven't messed with the mod settings.  How does this work?

Yes, in order for all the changes to appear you have to start a new game. Otherwise bugs may also occur.

I see. I am going to revert the item changes, with the exception of the crafting prices, because that one makes sense. The others just apply to heavy a hand for my taste. I don't want to get end game quality items at level 4.

Is there a list somewhere of the override codes for specific weapons and armor? That could come in really handy.
