A reason I like BioWare is they never shy away from the cliché/the classic, not even their own ("To hunt a Wyvern... is... a terrible risk. But the Priiiiiize!"). Mass Effect series is full of the tried and true from the space opera genre, and sci-fi/drama in general. Perhaps it's time we start predicting/expecting which classic lines will be given new meaning in ME3. I'll start (no spoilers please):

1.
[Shepard arrives on the Citadel, which is deserted and in flames.]
Shepard: "I have come here to endorse stores and kick ass. And I'm all out of stores to endorse."
  - [They Live]

2.
[After a long battle with severe thermo clip shortage, Shepard wins. Cutscene ensues.]
Shepard: "I know what you're thinking. 'Did he pop six heat sinks or only five?' "

3.
[EDI has developed a method to transfer Shepard's mind onto a Reaper after Shepard dies.]
Harbinger: "Your attacks are an insult, Human."
Shepard: "If you strike me down I shall become more powerful than you could possibly imagine."

4.
[A faction refuses to offer Shepard help. Shepard sets up a meeting with the faction leader.]
Garrus: "It's too late now Shepard. What are you going to do?"
Shepard: "I'll make him an offer he can't refuse."

5.
[Shepard faces a Reaper fleet alone. All companions have fallen.]
Shepard: "I'm Commander Shepard! You f&ck with me! You f&ckin with The Best!"
Shepard: "[Takes out M-920 Cain] SAY HELLO TO MY LITTLE FRIEND!!!"

6.
[Shepard, Garrus, and Conrad Verner are riding in a shuttle.]
Garrus: "Oh man, I shot Conrad in the face."
Shepard: "Why the f&ck did you do that!"

7.
[Grunt is interrogating TIM.]
Grunt: "Describe what Battlemaster Shepard looks like!"
TIM: "What?"
Grunt: "Say 'what' again. Say 'what' again, I dare you, I double dare you, say 'what' one more goddamn time!"

8.
[Shepard holds Udina against the airlock.]
Shepard: "Remember, Udina, when I promised to kill you last?"
Udina: "That's right, Shepard! You did!"
Shepard: "I lied. [Flushes Udina into space]"

[FemShep is meleeing enemies to death. While very low on Health, FemShep uses Adrenaline Rush. FemShep wins while uttering some very loud and passionate battle cries.]
Krogan Princess: I'll have what she's having.

10.
[Shepard has just killed Udina, with a sufficiently bribed Captain Bailey as witness.]
C-Sec Officer: [Running in] Drop your weapons! [Sees Bailey] Sir? Are you OK? What happened?
Bailey: Ambassador Udina has been shot.
Shepard: [Looks at Bailey coldly.]
Bailey: Round up the usual suspects.

11.
[Shepard's LI has died]
Shepard: Play it EDI. Play "Vigil".

12.

I used this one today actually, (one of my favorite Jacob lines...) "A good deed is like pissing yourself in dark pants, you get a warm fuzzy feeling and nobody notices..."

Kinda hard to back this one up, since a Spacer Shepard knows full well what his dad looks like, and the parents of a Colonist or Earthborn Shepard are dead...

In either case...

I've been trying to work TPB into this, but it's hard to find a context (especially for "I'm not left-handed!").

The Normandy hits the relay and once it gets out millions of Reapers are standing around it, Garrus's eyes pop out, and Shepard says "I've gotta a baaaad feeling about this."

[Imagine Shepard standing in front of the Blood Pack hit squad that was after the Patriarch on Omega or a similar situation]

Shepard: You thought you were taking your pals down to Omega for a good time. This makes you wish you were born a woman. You're having second thoughts. You're shrinking. And your little balls are shrinking with ya. The fact that you've got "Shuriken" written down the side of your gun, and the fact I've got "Carnifex M-6" written down the side of mine should precipitate your balls into shrinking, along with your presence.
