*SPOILERS*
In the 3rd act on the "Axel" quest where you go out and kill Moire, I understand you have to visit different thief groups located around the Merchant Quarter. I understand the first you come across simply attacks you without giving the password.
The problem comes with the two remaining groups. The first being the two individuals that run from the botched robbery. I follow the correct one (the blonde one) back to the hideout. Nothing happens when I arrive. I read that its supposed to trigger a cutscene where I overhear the password to gain access to Moire's haven, but nothing happens at all. The NPC simply stands in front of the door doing nothing, and if I attempt to talk, he turns toward me and remains just as useless as before.
The last group is located nearby the tomb of the betrayers, and after killing the majority of them, I'm aware that one is supposed to give up and tell you the password in exchange for his life. This almost happens. One NPC does stop attacking, but he DOES NOT talk or even react. I cannot interact with him, when I'm well aware I'm supposed to be able to.
In short, both means of gaining the Moire Haven password appear to be bugged, I believe I'm up to date on patches, and I'm running Mask of the Betrayer also- but not storm of Zehyr. Upon searching google, I saw similar problems and that it was possible somehow to "cheat-jump into Moire's haven."
Is this possible? I'm willing to try anything -including glitches- to glitch into Moire's haven, kill her, or even a little script kung-fu to make the game think I killed her/finished the quest.
ANY ASSISTANCE WOULD BE AWESOME.

I'm not confident with all those thief groups and the stuff they're doing (this way, that way, go see this NPC, that NPC etc), so there may be further issues - but above should get ya through the door near the Blacklake entrance. ( standard DebugMode 1 stuff )
