all of my quests disappeared?? Is that the way its suppose to be? I only have downloadable content > ancient history quest. 1 clue needed, which i failed to get when i was in the keep or wherever but i had a lot of other quests going that i wanted to finish. Where'd they go?
Also, when the credits were done, it took me back to camp and Morrigan is still here.

On the PS3 it didn't take me back to camp, it dumped me at the title screen.

It took me to the title screen also. Then i clicked resume and was taken to a open area outside Denerim im guessing. The only exits said "spend night at camp". When i went back to the camp all my ongoing quests were deleted except DLC, and Morrigan is still over in her area.

You should have a new savegame that explains that the game is over but you can still play DLC. Chronologically, it's supposed to happen before the siege of Denerim.

And no you an't go back to doing sidequests after that. I hope you made a save before entering Redcliffe castle
