I already edited the ini. I already tried alt+enter. Nothing works to get this game into windowed mode on Win Vista 64\\Win 7 64. Any suggestions?

I dont have Win vista/win7. But the .ini edits work as far as I know. Did you make both of them?
also is the game resolution set lower then the resolution of the desktop?
