I held off on running the MotA DLC until the last quest prior to "The Last Straw" so I would have Hawke at a high level.
Why is it that Tallis has no armor buffs at all (all four armor slots are blank)? Even Bethany or Carver gets their armor completed when they reappear in The Last Straw.
Also Tallis only gets 23 skills to assign at best, when she should have a number comparable to the level Hawke is at when you start the DLC.
Why is Tallis shortchanged on armor buffs and skills?

I also found this annoying.
Tallis is a mandatory party member, but none of her equipment can be changed and none of it has rune slots.
If I had the option, I would have left Tallis out of the party, and wouldn't have minded if she just appeared during the cut scenes as some kind of "honorary 5th party member".
