My squad members are not following me when i go out on missions. For sum reason they just stand at a position where i just talked to an NPC, and they just stand there with their guns out. And when they get too far away, they cut to where i am and it starts all over again!
It really hurts the realism, plus it annoys the crap outta me!

My system components r as follows:
Intel Core i7 2600 CPU @ 3.4 GHz
8 GB Ram
NVidia GeForce GTX 580 Graphics card (Latest drivers)
Windows 7 64 bit OS

First thing I would try is rolling back your video drivers to an older version, as Nvidia is pathetic when it comes to driver support of games a year old, let alone a 4 year old game. The earliest "release" drivers would be best to statr with.
If that doesnt work, give us all the of the information required, as listed in the "How to report a problem with your PC version of Mass Effect 1" thread.

don't worry, its fixed now. Turns out i pressed the hold position and forgot to take it off! lol!
