I have seen it briefly, possibly when registering, didn't save it manually at the time - assumed it was part of the installation. But have not been able to find any link to it since,
Can't find it in the game folder on my PC

Searching the forums for 'manual' gets a lot of other people with the same problem, and did not spot a solution.
Just been run around in circles on the website.

So Bioware have been informed of the situation and have neglected to fix it.

If this is how Bioware supports their releases I am dubious about their other products.

You purchased a digital distribution from a third party provider (Steam), and yet you blame Bioware for Steam's inability to provide you with a digital copy of the manual.

Feel free to go back to Steam and ask them to provide you with the manual, or download it from Atomic Gamer.

Thank you for the useful response
I had become quite irritated after chasing around the Bioware website getting nothing but adds for Mass Effect 3 and no path to anything useful.

Not a big fan of Steam but they do seem to have the manuals accessible when they have them.
If Steam had the manual, it would have been available with a right-click from the loader, and checking properties states they didnt have it.
