downloaded mass effect 2 with Cerberus key and the game key was also given together. I followed
the instructions on how to register the game and created an account
in bioware and redeem the Cerberus key. When I started the game from Steam, a
message was shown that in order to play ME2 I am supposed to create an EA
account which I have already have one and I am needed to enter the Cerberus
key. After clicking continue, it tried connecting to the server but than
another message came saying “Communication with the Mass Effect 2 server was interrupted
or has timed out. Please try again later.” I have been trying to do it for two
days and still the same message reappears. I too have used my account at Bioware and downloaded Cerberus Arc and Cerberus Weapon Armo with no problem and have installed it.
