 i have done some searching and did the updates that others have done, but my game still doesnt start. I JUST installed it and started it, clicked play, and nothing happened. I actually even JUST bought it haha

i have a Intel quad core 2.4 GHz, 2TB of HDD, 8GB of ram, and a XFX HD 5770. I meet the minimum requierments. Its just that when i hit play, the game doesnt even attempt to launch itself.

What directx9 version are you using? Might want to double check you are using the latest.

I have the same problem. Its like the play button (along side the uninstall and configure buttons) are locked or something. Been playing for days. And now it wont start.

i have updated to the latest directx from the nvidia site, everything is up to date, i did the C++ 2005 or whatnot update as well. I have followed any kind of guide to fix the issue, yet it still persists.

EDIT: oh and i have it on Steam.
