I created a thread asking the same question. I am at the Final Battle and my game time is 190 hours. Seems we are a bit alike.

The 51% complete refers to the number of achievements that the player has done.
In other words, you may be almost at the end of the game -- meaning at the stage where you fight the Archdemon -- and be 51% complete -- meaning you have succeeeded at 51% of all the possible achievements such as Blightqueller, Incurable Romantic, and so on. It takes numerous playthroughs to complete all the achievements and be 100% complete.

Between 60-80 hours, depending on how many quests I do and whether I get main character to level 25.

I've played through probaly 20 times and I'm only at 91%.
