I am trying to figure out where the "optional bows tweak" is for this mod. It is referenced with regards to crossbow weapon speed (and possibly stat modifiers) but then has no corresponding file to download. The optional files that I can download don't list this as included. Any help?

Ok, no takers on part 1. Maybe I can get some love on part 2. Are the optional difficulty tweaks stacked in top of the game's settings? For example, can I use "Tweak 2" difficulty from CT and then stack that on top of Nightmare, or do I need to leave the game on normal, or what?
