Have over 80 % in Paragon points and those systems are still unlocked on my galaxy map. Any help would be appriciated.

Do you mean are still not unlocked?

I think Hackett calls you after you get enough of the respective points the next time you go to the galaxy map. If that hasn't happened, then are you sure you have enough points?

Also, you can only get Cacus with paragon. Plutus is from 75-80% renegade.

You can land on both, though. To pick up the resources/loot and fight the thresher maws.

Well I am definitely over 80 %, like 12.9/16 boxes filled up and to see systems you need 75 % Morality according to mass wikia. I still don't see those systems. Well, I guess I'll see after Faros when I get more points there.

You are right, the systems both unlock, but the missions depend on paragon or renegade (or both if you cheat )
