it seems in all the outcomes whether you take her with you or leave her at the casteless dwarven place, take her with you for the final battle or leave her at vigil, do her quests or not it seems she doesn't die or runs off, even

just curious if others think so

Despite the wiki, I always interpretted her epilogue slide if you leave her at Amaranthine to mean that Sigrun does die. It says she faces the darkspawn and this time 'she did not run', which could mean it goes either way. To me it sounded like she faced death like she believed a Legion of the Dead warrior should.

Also, she will leave the GWs early in the epilogue if you don't Friendzone her.

Aye. I support that.

Sigrun leaves to die like a real Legion warrior should, if she is unfriended and she dies in the defence of the Keep, if you leave her there.

Guess we'll have to see.. It seems to me each outcome makes it apparent she lives.

Prior to playing DA 2, you are unsure if Justice returns either since if you don't bring him along it state she's beheaded, but alas he comes back. Same with Anders how you have some chances to kill im and no matter what he's in DA 2

Anders and Justice are different. They have plot armour. :P It's not very convincing plot armour, but I've seen worse.

Plus, we're not supposed to take the epilogue slides at face value. Apparently they are all 'hearsay and rumour', which means any or all or parts therof could be wrong, at the discretion of Bioware. Probably why they didn't even bother with them in DA2.

Anders does indeed have plot armor to explain his presence in DA2 (even if he 'died' during the siege of Vigil's Keep), but Justice likely simply sought out Anders after one of his many 'deaths' and made the offer to him.

Which is fortunate, because I usually leave Justice behind at the Keep and let him get beheaded by a darkspawn, so Aura can have her husband back. :P
