I think quarians *may* have hair. Tali's dialogue seems to imply they have lips and skin, and they have mammalian secondary sex characteristics. Their suits are designed to give the illusion of hair.

Just saying, considering their sickly immune system, and the fact that exposure to habitable environments can kill them, wouldn't the most likely be grey, sickly and looking like they're at the point of death? You know, like the traditional Greys from old sic-fi films. if we're trying to add realism to it, beauty is a pretty strong measure of health, and quariabs aren't healthy.

But quarians aren't sickly, only susceptible. They may be pasty (assuming they even have skin and said skin tracks the human pigment spectrum), but I doubt they're going to look like they're on their deathbed.

But there's never any exposure to uv from the sun, which is vital to skin health, and supplements can only do so much, they can never replace the effects of the natural source. Also, doesn't contact with unclean skin risk an infection? That sounds quite I'll to me. A human in that state would be in ICU if not quarantined altogether.
