Would Tali Fans still like Tali if she wasn't "hot"?

Talimancers are among the worst. They don't want to listen to reason. Even when I was trying to help them, convince them that not unmasking Tali was in their best interest. Did they listen? No they want to to continue to squawk like the silly little trumpets they are.

Do not waste anymore of your time. This fanbase is a dying limb, as soon as her face is revealed watch them dissipate. (Latch onto Miranda or Liara)

I'm pretty sure a society as advanced as the quarians has a way to keep themselves clean - I don't think they were booted from the planet and thus decided to boot hygiene.

As for the rest, you're right, but that's speculation based off human biology. Quarians could be ray- sucking, lung-and-gill having, tentacle-faced Cthulhu beasts under those masks. If they're not, it can easily be hand waved by "advanced technology."

If all else fails, a mass effect field did it.

Zeely, man, I told you why when you were musing to yourself on your blog as to why people pointed out all your accounts as troll accounts. It's that everyone knows the Zeel name, plus you always have something to do with royalty added to it. You need a new name, then you can lead people on for a while before they start yelling troll.

Next thing you're going to say is that Alzheimer's will cure itself.

I laughed so hard at the last part. "A mass effect field did it"

That'd be pretty awesome, and oddly reminiscent of the Protheans, if those Illium statues are anything to be believed.

Hey Donnstar,

Its not just Talimancers who will be flooding BSN with QQ threads about her face. Everyone else is going to make threads whining about how retarded players of female quarians are in multiplayer. I guarantee this.

If it helps you somewhat, you'll have a chance at making Talimancers miserable via multiplayer. Just kick them out when they join your team, preferably just before the final wave/boss. Don't give them thermal clips. Don't use medigel when they die (which will be often).

Fun times ahead.

Well, impeded to share airspace with humans --which we know they can since we've been to Heastrom-- our biology must be similar enough to need similar things in order to survive. An absence of those things would adversely affect their health and in turn affect their appearance. I don't think quarians can be "beautiful" considering their health problems.

Groovy. Getting closer to quills by the second.

Wait, are those mandibles? Another +5 to Hawtness.

Her hotness has little to do with it. In fact, I don't even like her because of her horrid personality. That said, if she was physically repulsive I'm sure most people wouldn't be sexually attracted to her. That's pretty natural.

Yes, thank you. I can see already how miserable multiplayer is going to be.

She doesnt really have any attractiveness to speak of since she's covered from head to toe all of the time. I do agree however, her juvenile innocence is just sinply jarring. But she can take a rocket to face pretty easy.

Umm... the form fitting suit certainly allows her attractiveness to bleed through. Those quarian curves...

Android, that was one of the dumbest things I have read in a while. Maybe shes not attractive to YOU. Personally I see nothing even remotely likeable about Jack or MJ but people like them, dont they? FFS

Someone previously linked a pic of a Talimancer's filthy room with an improvised Tali blowup doll. Good time to post it here.

You can troll for longer if you're more subtle about it. I've been going strong for months now.

Lol, that's what the kiddies think...you subtle? *snort*<_<

@Android - Well, maybe. But all other species save hanar and drell can survive in Earthlike conditions with no real modification, and the former just have an inexplicable space bubble. Drell get space cancer. All we really know about quarians is that they are vaguely humanoid and that the geth left a bit of leather behind when the quarians got a boot in the collective arse.

It's perfectly possible that they absorb nutrients differently (we have species right here that do the same) or that they've come up with a sufficient substitute.

Still doesn't mean they're going to be sessy, though.

That's one way of looking at it. A very telling way, but a way none the less.

@Quole

Do you know anything about health or basic nutrition? No matter how many suppliments you take to bolster your body's immune system, if your body is fundamentally flawed, it's going to have an affect on you, even your appearance. This isn't about comparing LI's, it's about her being from a species of people that are born ill.

@Random Nobody, yes there are organisms vastly different from us but they have all nutrients necessary to live in a robust fashion. There are elements clearly absent from the Quarian diet and environment that stop them from being healthy. If it impacts how they filter bacteria, it's going to have an impact on the production of skin cells, hair cells, and basic tissue to keep organs operating at maximum efficacy.

All I'm saying is you'd be hard pressed to find a supermodel among people who can fall over dead from a stroll in the sun.

It's been fun, but I'm gonna go listen to some Android Lust and fall asleep.
