Well, we did agree that quarians were built to pounce upon their prey/mates. I imagine glowing eyes to help them see in the dark would be advantageous to achieving that goal, so its only logical that they have them.

Honest to god. I've never in my life been to such a loopy doopy board in my life. Everything here just works backwards.
