First off , I do believe people throw the term "friend" around too much. People do get it mixed up with acquaintance.

Simply put a friend
Just to kinda reiterate what others have said..

~ Is there when you are .. in the gutter.. And is able to stick with you.
~ Someone who shares emotional vulnerability with you
~ One of your last lines of defense when it comes to who has your back

But to be honest, I don't really believe in friends that much anymore. I rather have acquaintances. Too many inner demons and anti conformity tendencies to share with anyone.

I made this forum just to share ideas Ken. and I wanted to see what people think of friendship and friend and what it means to them. I anted to know people`s idea. I didnt have nay other purpose or a specific person or people in mind and neither wanted it to be a war zone and a place to target certain individuals. and I am sure even if I have put rules, they would just ignore it and do what they just did.

This is pretty minor actully. But the Drama from both sides needs to be kept to PM. If you and others are having some **** spats about friendship, making a topic on it that turns baddly is no surprise. And honestly I don't give a rats ass either way.

From what I can tell, it looks like the OP is getting trolled hard - it'd probably be pretty amusing to watch, if I could make out what the hell was even being said.
