A real shep VI that not only works but shep can interact with it and maybe it does trivia and you must do crazy sidequest in order for it to give you the code to a hidden vault in game. Each sidequest contains phrases it needs to hear and once it has heard all of them correctly then it'll give you the location and code.

Shep male and female can actually do that mateing request yes I know why on Earth would anyone want this? Because it would be hilarious! I want to see and speak with the sob or dob who requested this! Did they even know shep was human! Now if you take a low level shep to see the Krogan who requested them shep dies but if your shep is medium - strong strength wise they will suffer a health decrease that of course can be cured with omnigel but it would still be funny and BW you can go black screen fable on this one it would be a riot regardless.

Someone other then Conrad cosplays in a role playing game as Shep, Liara, VS, Tali, and Garrus this group is spotted several times in really bad costumes (like their armor is painted cardboard) and they're all pretty bad clones yet trying to sound and mimic the real guys.

Conrad is back in a Shepard related corny T-shirt similar to " I saved the galaxy twice and all I got was this lousy T-shirt" type of deal.

Someone somewhere (who is not a Quarian) is a Tali fan knows who she is and has a Tshirt with her on it (or Quarian support scrawled onto it) and comes up to the gang for her autograph and ignores shep completely! (only occurs if she is in the party at the right place at the right time)

Biotic god says he's way better then shep challenges Wrex and looses (only occurs with Wrex if you visit him at a specific point in game and you saved this guy's life)

The Varen you can befriend on Tuchanka comes back hangs with shep again and not only saves him on the world but will fight with him in party so long as you're either on Tuchanka or the Krogans are in the area for war efforts.
