Well, this is my first post, and its asking/crying for help, just great.

l got a problem about migrating my Mass Effect character to Mass Effect 2, the problem is, l bought Mass Effect (1) on the platform Steam, and Mass Effect 2 was a birthday present, bought in a PCGaming store.

l'd registered the Mass Effect 2 in the social.bioware, but, l cant register Mass Effect (l dunno why, lol).

So, the short question is: What should l do? l completed the Mass Effect 1, and l want to import my char to Mass Effect 2.
