Redeemed Cerberus Network Code, have DLC, then a few days later "Activate Cerberus Network"

I got a new copy of Mass Effect 2 a while back and activated the Cerberus Network. I recieved all the additional content. A few days later (this happened about two months ago) I started up ME2, and it tells me that I need to activate the Cerberus Network. I am still able to use all the DLC, but I would like read through the Network archives before Cerberus Network is shut down.
I tried to search for this issue and didn't find any topics relevant to my particular problem
Help?

Sounds like in terms of gameplay and the usage of the dlcs associated with the Cerberus Network are fine; as such I wouldn't view that as a problem.
As for the archives...well...seeing that the game is now 'old' as it were, the updates had long stopped. You could try Google to find the sites which kept a copy of the news that was on the Cerberus Network when it was active (the Mass Effect wiki has some, but there is a dedicated site for the Cerberus News Network I believe); but there are no ways to access past archives on console as far as I am aware.

Ah, well thank you so much for your help! I really appreciate it! I'll have to go check out the interwebs for the Cerberus Network archives.
