I seem to have some sort of bug affecting my talents at the minute. I've searched over loads of forums and can't find anyone else with the same problem, so either it's very rare or it's not a bug at all.

Anyway, basically none of my main character's talents work at the minute. I'm a Warrior, and pretty much all my talents are for two-handed weapons (the few that aren't, like threaten, seem to work fine). They are constantly greyed out, as if I just used them but without a timer ticking down.

I've been playing for about 28 hours, but this problem only started a few hours ago. For a little while they were working again, but now they're greyed out again and have been for quite a while. As you can imagine, it makes some of the combat pretty tricky, and it makes the easier fights boring as all I can do is tap the A button.

So, anyone else had this problem, or have any idea what the cause/solution might be?

What is your stamina level? Talents grey out with low stamina so if you have a low willpower and sustained abilities active it is possible you won't have enough for some talents.

Hmm, that could be it. My stamina always seems pretty high though, and I have that passive talent that restores stamina with each kill, so it shouldn't be a problem. I'll have a look next time I play in any case. Thanks for you help =)

Check injuries, if you have something injuring characters' willpower, and there's enough damage to it, your stamina may be too low as a result.



And I don't know, but can damage from injuries make you unable to use talents? (Ex. If it requires 25 dex to use a specific talent, and I have my dexterity damaged by an injury to below 25, can I still use that talent?)

It happened to me once that Sten who actually is two-hand warrior was't been able to use his tallents. And then I found out that accidentally I gave him one-hand weapon cause I thought it was two-hand axe:) the simplest solutions are the best ones:)

Aha, yeah turned out I was using a one-handed sword. How silly of me =| Thanks for your help!
