Hello,

I'm having issues logging into my original account.  I found I had a problem when I came back to ME2 and I could not log onto the Cerberus Network.  I came here to log on to my account but none of my passwords were working so I pressed the "forgot password" button and typed in my email.  After two days, I haven't received an email from EA, so I tried to find a customer service number to call on this website but to no avail.  So I came to this forum to look for answers.  

So, am I just not seeing a customer service number I can call, is customer service handled through these forums, and what can I do about my account?

This may be releveant: the original account was begun on this website, and I do not believe I have used the same email address for any of EA's other websites.

Any help would be much appreciated!
