Dragon Age needs the engine Final Fantasy XIII versus is using. then we can all be happy.
So...an engine which turns one of the best western RPG series of the decade into a JRPG? No thanks.

I think that's imposible, those are pictures or screenshots from game's movies, too hard and too expensive to do it in a game, and i'm not counting the huge weight of the game if they do this.Sacred_Fantasy wrote...
Not just realistic. I prefer photo realistic. For example like this:
It takes days to render above images but could BioWare make a renderer engine that's capable to process such realism in few seconds? I certainly hope so.

I didn't know this, so I'll just throw it out there. I wonder why Bioware, for DA2, didn't use their own Aurora engine which was used for Witcher 2?

Right, because the actual game done in that engine is so much better looking.DeathDragon185 wrote...

(not)
Which graphics is that that suddenly look a lot better -- the generic, blocky dark stone walls, the utterly flat single pattern floors, or the occasional background spotlights with the obligatory 1990's lens flares? Or is it the enemies with polygon count and textures low enough they could make the DA2 background NPCs suddenly feel good about themselves?Dave Exclamation Mark Yognaut wrote...
Wait, I don't get it. I recognize the DA2 characters, but I've never seen the environment or enemies before, and the graphics suddenly look a lot better. Is this a mod?

Yeah, I assume the party is either Merrill (with red hair for some reason) and Hawke (can't tell if it's MaleHawke or FemHawke). Unless it's some sort of side-story with Merrill and Fenris or something.
What a childish thing to say.bEVEsthda wrote...
I dunno,.. looks a good deal even more retarded than DA2.Can some modders really accomplish all that?
